Blease Frontline Genius MRI compatible – As demand on the MRI suite increases, relying on non- MRI compatible anesthesia equipment is no longer considered an acceptable compromise. When anesthesia is required, either to calm anxious patients, pediatrics and neurologically handicapped patients or for more extensive surgery, the BleaseGenius system is fully MRI compatible and can work in close proximity to the scanner without adverse effects.

The system comprises the BleaseGenius MRI anesthesia machine, the Blease2200 pneumatically driven ventilator,It can be used with circle or semi-closed circuits and for

both adult and pediatric patients. Unlike other systems the MRI BleaseGenius can be used in close proximity to the scanner (up to the 1000 gauss line, 1.5 tesla). This offers a number of benefits which include the opportunity for the clinician to work closely to their patient and eliminates the need for extra long breathing circuits which can cause a loss of system compliance especially when used on pediatrics.

Certified by Siemens AG and Philips Medical Systems for it’s proven compatibility with their range of open dosed and interventional MRI scanners the MRI Genius is a compact and inexpensive system.
